• A place,
an object, a document, an event requires control
• With a Tablet PC and a digital camera, or a
smartphone device a digital picture is taken on the
spot • It can also very well be a digital
audio recording or a short video recording |

• The picture
created is immediately tattooed (using steganography)
with the environmental information captured at the precise
instant the picture was taken • The information
captured can be : the author, the localization(using
GPS), time and date (certified), altitude, temperature
or any other kind of numerical information •
Pictures taken can also be instantly included in a document
dynamically created by a word processing software |

• The recipient
of the documents are then selected in the software (email
addresses) • The pictures and the report
are encrypted and sent via GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, WIFI or
your home/office Internet Connection to our servers |

• The Codasystem
server authentifies the author of the picture and of
the email and verifies the integrity of the files generated
• The server stocks the files in the private storage
area of the author • The server notifies the
recipients of the arrival of the files (notification
sent by email with url to see them) |

| • The stocked
files on the server are then digitally archived in conformity
with European norm on digital archiving (NFZ 42013) |
Step
6 |
• The recipients
receive the notification and access the documents via
the url provided • If the recipients are declared
users of the system, they can, in turn, sign and send
these proofs via our certified mail platform (Codamail)
to other recipients • The ultimate proof stays
on the Codasystem servers |
